SYNERGY-NASH biopsy-confirmed MASH resolution at 52 weeks

MASH resolution without worsening fibrosis was observed in 44%, 56%, and 62% in the three tirzepatide groups versus 10% with placebo.

Context: Phase 2 randomized study in adults with biopsy-confirmed MASH and F2/F3 fibrosis; endpoint at 52 weeks.

Limitations: Resolution of MASH without worsening fibrosis is not identical to fibrosis regression; disease-specific regulatory indications must be independently checked.
